The latest public build has been uploaded to Mediafire (0.130.94). Here's the patch notes for that and the interim patches. I've been seriously behind on public patch notes here since posting those on Patreon. Note that even when I am late on updating the forum and Mediafire, you'll be able to download the most up-to-date patch off of Patreon as a post attachment under the builds category.
The next public build will be released on March 3rd.

Fixed a crash when saving in a dungeon room with puddles/water effects.
Fixed a crash caused by reflective water pools and dripping water, with unpausing.
Fixed an occasional crash caused by battle output text when unpausing.
A special Veteran's Day item has been added, courtesy of one of our patrons.
Golem Siege units have been added to the army tester; their finished sprites will come later.
Fixed an oversight that prevented abilities from being used in sieges.
The unit cost formula has been heavily modified; smaller units with more elite members are much more fairly priced now.
Stat modifiers in sieges now work correctly.
Commander and Unit ability buttons now appear correctly in sieges.
When viewing unit or commander abilities, they no longer instantly choose to use their 2nd ability.
Added Mimic Fan to the Roasted P'orc, courtesy of a patron. Mimic Fan will probably be moved elsewhere in the future.
The overmap Mimic encounter has been made less likely to occur.
Skipping the logo screens at game start is faster, and the first logo can be skipped correctly now.
Backstab and Cheap Shot have been added to Knavery talents.
The Roasted P'orc has been given walls, instead of a black void. Yay.

Added Fire Wall (with particles ), Fireball, Explosive Bolt, Meteor, Freezing Shackles, and Nails of Ice to Magic - Destruction.
The game no longer goes full-screen irrespective of the options set in the options menu.
Scout Penguines now have the correct avatar. No idea how we missed that this long.
Abilities with low priority (read: slow ones) actually go off and work now.
Fixed a crash on starting dialogue in the New Game tavern.

Major Changes:
The animator is now operational and working- Ser Knight has a new sprite in dungeons, and in the inspector, which will change according to what you have equip. In the future this may be extended to allow selecting individual armor pierces on Ser Knight and accommodating changing appearances for other party members. We're going to be in the process of adding more item sets/pieces, and also more and more animations. Expect a bit of both to appear with each major patch.
Minor Changes:
Fixed a crash caused by the Burning Hands ability.
Quiting from the defeat screen will now clear any weather effects, stopping them from appearing in the main menu.
Quiting from the defeat screen will also fade out the current music.
Going through the 'Quit Game' option on the defeat screen multiple times will no longer crash the game.

For those of you on laptops having a crash-on-start issue, we've isolated the problem to your machine not having DirectX installed. An installer is now packaged in the .zip and should fix that issue, provided that you are on Windows 10. If you are on an older version of Windows you may need an alternative installer.

Ser Knight's appearance will no longer change when moved to a different party position. Oops.
Player Silver should no longer be able to go negative.
Clicking on dialogue text will no longer skip to the next slide AND hit a choice with the same click.
Numpad support has been added for dialogue choices.
You can no longer click on minimap rooms off the minimap's screen.
You can no longer drag the minimap around by clicking off the panel and moving the mouse around.
Quickly entering battle orders/actions as a battle is concluding will no longer do weird things.
