This is a weird one, because I don't know exactly where the repro started. In Glacier Keep, floor 3, with Kobold Knight as an ally: - Stand right behind an enemy using Sneak.
- While they're turned away, click Sneak to initiate combat.
- In combat, allow Ser Knight to be taken to 0 HP, then finish the encounter with Kobold Knight.
- Upon leaving combat, the buttons no longer work.
- Press the Save button.
- It should save twice.
- Press ESC then click Load.
- Load the save.
- Click the Items button.
Result:
- Upon loading, the player has no items.
Expected:
- Upon loading, the player's inventory remains as it was.
Note: This could be an intended byproduct of the character being KO'd, but it was not made clear via the gameplay or messaging.

That is not intended at all, and is weird. I will be investigating this for the update.
Thanks for the report.

No prob. In case it's strangely related, the enemies dropped four Frosty Berries which I picked up, but I forget whether I picked them up before or after the save (double-save), then load. I'm unsure of whether my inventory disappeared on load or before.

It's possible that you also lost your inventory on dungeon-change. If you are able to reproduce this bug let me know, if you would.

I doubt it was dungeon change; I'd thought I'd used Frosty Berries earlier in the Keep, but I might misremember. I get the double-save occasionally when saving using the button in the lower right, usually in a room after which I've engaged an enemy encounter. I haven't lost my inventory when loading from it, though.
