The hinted-at patch is now actually public. Includes a much, much larger overmap and active quest tracker. Enjoy.
Note that due to the new .zip size the game is now being hosted on mega.nz instead of Mediafire or Patreon. Here's the download link.

Major Changes:
New and improved overmap! It's about three times as large as before. Note that the party/armies may have to move in order to get later paths to display correctly.
You can now flag a quest to be set to active, providing a reminder about what needs to be done for it. Choose which quest to track in the Big Book of Stuff - Quests. Can be disabled entirely by hitting the toggle at the bottom right of the screen.
Minor Changes:
You can now search for 'party' on the overmap to center the screen on the party.
On reaching the overmap for the first time the party is set to be within High Forest, thereby showing the Town button at the bottom panel.
The resource bar at the top of the screen has been prettied up on the overmap and in dungeons. Hint of things to come.
Personal Gold/Silver now uses its own icon where possible, different from the kingdom wealth icon. May have missed a UI or two.
Fixed a few typos in item descriptions.
A rough High Forest tileset has been added- overmap encounters in that region should no longer have a black screen.
The Knave talent 'Septic Blade' now has a 70% chance to apply a stack instead of 999%; enemy status and poison resist will now further modify this as a result.
Fixed a crash caused by encountering Smugh on the overmap in a forest tileset.
Changed a few references to 'Ser Knight' in dialogue to 'ser knight object character name variable'.
Cheats have been updated for December again because we're mean.
